- When ELSIE asks you for your "Account Number and Access Code", enter your account number and your 4-digit access code, followed by the pound sign. (Remember that you can change your Access Code anytime by using option 4).
- Be sure to press the # sign after entering numbers or codes. It lets ELSIE know the information being entered is complete.
- When entering dollar amounts, omit the decimal (e.g., $25.00 = 2500#).
