    ELSIE account access information is now needed in 2 parts<\/strong>. You\u2019ll be asked to ENTER<\/strong> your member number <\/strong>and after that is entered, ELSIE will ask for your access code\/PIN<\/strong>.

    You WILL NOT have to enter the # sign <\/strong>to complete each entry, ELSIE now knows when you are finished entering your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
