ELSIE account access information is now needed in 2 parts. You’ll be asked to ENTER your member number and after that is entered, ELSIE will ask for your access code/PIN.

You WILL NOT have to enter the # sign to complete each entry, ELSIE now knows when you are finished entering your information.

When entering dollar amounts in touch-tone mode, designate the decimal point by entering * For example for $25.07 enter TWO FIVE * ZERO SEVEN
