Remove Online Banking/Mobile Banking Account Profile

If you decide to discontinue using our online services, you have the right to request the deletion of your online/mobile banking account profile.

To request removal of your online profile with Library of Congress Federal Credit Union, simply send an email request to [email protected].

Please type “Remove Online/Mobile Banking Account Profile” in the subject line of your email and provide us with your full name and your preferred phone number to reach you. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request and initiate the process.

Upon execution of this request, you will no longer have access to your online digital banking services, including mobile banking.

By industry regulation, we are required by law to retain data about your online profile. Therefore, deleting your online profile will not delete all of the historical records associated with your current enrollment.
