Shared Branch Transactions Just Got Easier and More Secure!

Now, when you visit one of our Shared Branch locations, you can be quickly and securely identified by a teller using a QR code and a one-time passcode through multi-factor authentication.

This enhanced security feature, known as IDCheck, adds an extra layer of protection for your transactions — including loan payments, cashier’s checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.

Visiting a Shared Branch? Here’s How to Check In:

• Scan the QR code in the branch or go to verify.coop.org with your mobile device.
• Choose your credit union from the drop-down menu.
• Enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
• Upload a photo of your ID and snap a quick selfie. Tip: Save your validation to speed things up next time!
• Show your one-time passcode to the teller — it’s valid for 20 minutes.
