You can transfer funds to another account outside LCFCU, bring money from an outside account to LCFCU, or send money to a person using online or mobile banking.

External Transfers – TWO Options

ACH Used to Send Money to/from your LCFCU Account

  • Send money to or from your LCFCU accounts to another account you own (names on both accounts must match).
  • Used for single or recurring transfers

LCFCU Debit Card Used to Send Money

  • Send money by linking your LCFCU Debit Card and initiate transfers to or from other bank accounts.
  • Single transfers only

How to get started with External Transfers

  1. Log in to online or mobile banking
  2. From the Transfers menu, select External Transfers
  3. Choose Add External Account or Add Debit Card and enter the details

Bank accounts require verification and transfers can take up to 3 days. Debit cards are available right away and in most cases, funds transfer the same day.


Person to Person Transfer

Send money to someone using their cell phone number or email address.

How to get started with Person to Person Transfers

  1. Log in to online or mobile banking
  2. From the Transfers menu, select External Transfers
  3. Choose Add a Person and enter the details for that person
  4. Under External Transfers, select that Person and enter the details then click Send

The person will receive a text or an email and once they complete the information, funds will be securely transferred to that person.
